The Purchase Inquiry option allows users to display and reprint completed purchases. Purchases and advances are available within the retention period defined in Retention Options (Purchasing History). Purchases entered through the Purchase Orders option will not be accessible in Purchase Inquiry until they are completed through the Complete Purchase Order option.
